In India, Amazon releases the newest Fire TV Cube.

Tech giant Amazon has announced the third-generation of its streaming video player Fire TV Cube in India for Rs 13,999 in an effort to improve customer experience.

The new gadget has a powerful octa-core 2.0 GHz CPU and supports immersive Dolby Atmos audio, Dolby Vision, HDR, cinematic 4K Ultra HD, and Wi-Fi 6.

According to a statement from Parag Gupta, Director and Country Manager, Amazon Devices India, “with all-new Fire TV Cube, customers can futureproof their home with a superior viewing experience that’s fast, supports cinematic 4K video, and allows for hands-free Alexa to control home entertainment systems.”

New features on the updated Fire TV Cube include Super Resolution Upscaling and an HDMI input connection.

The fastest and most fluid Fire TV experience to date is achieved via the turbocharged CPU, which accelerates app startup times.

Customers may use short voice commands to access their favourite channels and applications with hands-free Alexa. According to Gupta, “the Fire TV Cube can convert any room into a personal stadium or a movie theatre, where you can watch everything from on-demand movies to cricket events.”

“I can’t wait for consumers to use this, which is the most flexible Fire TV streaming video player we’ve ever produced, in their homes.

“Customers who have a suitable router may take advantage of Fire TV Cube’s Wi-Fi 6 compatibility and enjoy a fluid entertainment experience.

If you require a wired network connection, it also has a new Ethernet connector.
